Compact grid or row of task-entry tiles for utility / task-portal homepages — pay my bill, report an outage, start-stop service, sign in, file or track a claim, get a quote, track an order, find a branch. Each tile: a named vector icon (IconName, picked from the shared icon-name@1 vocabulary of ~80 semantic names like bill, power, outage, warning, heart, claim, quote, sign-in, location — preferred, crisp and theme-colored) or an image icon fallback, short action label, optional one-line description, and a destination link the whole tile follows. IconName wins when both are set. 3-8 tiles. Column count (grid), tile aspect, gap, tile size (TileSize sm = compact icon+label cards with the theme's card shadow), max width (centered when constrained), surface tone, and vertical padding params. Variants: Default (responsive grid of upright tiles — icon above label + description), Row (single horizontal strip of compact icon + label pills, scrollable on overflow). Composes into hero@1's Placeholders `hero-overlay-content-{*}` slot for the photo-band + floating utility-card row pattern: Default, Columns 4, TileSize sm, MaxWidth standard, PaddingY none — tiles keep their light card surface over the dark scrim. For plain text link columns use link-list; for marketing feature grids with headings and body copy use features-list-grid.
