Cookie-consent / age-gate / privacy-notice banner — title, supporting text, accept + optional decline buttons, optional policy link, and an optional logo / brand mark. Presentational-first: accept/decline hide the banner locally (no cookies, no consent-management wiring — integrate a CMP via the onAccept/onDecline/onConsent callbacks). Variants: BottomBar (full-width strip fixed to the bottom edge — the common low-friction cookie bar), Modal (centered dialog over a dimming scrim — blocking cookie consent or age verification), SidePanel (side sheet from the inline-end edge with a prominent brand-mark slot — branded age gates in the spirits/tobacco style), GdprBottomBar (full-width bar with per-cookie-category toggles — Necessary locked on, Preferences/Statistics/Marketing default off — plus a details disclosure and Allow all / Allow selected / Necessary only buttons; pick this for Cookiebot-style GDPR cookie notices), GdprModal (centered dialog with Consent / Details / About tab views — per-category toggle strip, expandable category rows with cookie-count badges, authored About rich text). GDPR fires carry a per-category grants payload. SurfaceTone param tones the panel; Overlay param dims the page behind Modal/SidePanel/GdprModal (bars never dim). Note: site scanners typically dismiss consent overlays before capture, so this rarely appears in scanned outlines — use it when authoring sites that need their own consent surface. For general announcement strips use alert-banner; for marketing bands use promo.
